Maybe it's because I've been here my whole life but I can't help but love a Northern California beach. There is so much that appeals to my inner sense on a dark, cloudy and mornful looking beach. I love the sense of mystery and untold story waiting to be discovered by just walking the beach and finding what the waves have left behind. And although our beaches do get sunny at times during the summer, I still will love the dark winter beaches the best.
