Our annual pumpkin patch trip was lots of fun. And even though pumpkin prices have gone up a lot this year we still came home with almost a dozen pumpkins! Lots of little baby pumpkins picked out by the kids and a few real good sized carving pumpkins just sitting waiting for their designs. We were lucky enough to go on a Thursday afternoon so we didn't have to battle crowds and we of course rode the train. We giggled at the scarecrows and the kids yelled at all the farm animals. All in all it was pretty fun and we are all waiting eagerly to start the carving.
