waiting for the trains

A beautiful day with my beautiful children. We took a trip to Old Sacramento for Mother's Day and rode the train down the Sacramento River. It was great fun. They had a blast and mommy enjoyed a most wonderful day. My husband bought me my first "real" digital camera and I got to try to take pictures and figure it out the whole day. We took a train ride, had ice cream cones and visited the candy store. We came home and had a tremendous water balloon and hose fight. Could I have had a more wonderful day? Perhaps but it was a day I will remember forever. I hope everyone had as memorable a day as we did!
