Terrible Two's Tuesday

The two's are rearing their ugly head this blustery Tuesday morning. It is only just after 9 am and everyone has been in trouble. However, the ring leader (my two year old) is just being a bully. Please, Please, PLEASE, tell me it gets easier. Days like today give me little faith that he will ever actually listen. How many times do I have to say, do not hit, do not push, do not kick......geez! I feel like a failure at the mom game when you can't get your own kid to listen. Whatever happened to my sweet little angel? When did he turn into Mr. Independent, Toddler at Large? I wouldn't trade motherhood for the world but somedays I just like to imagine what is was like to sit drink in hand not having to wipe runny noses, change dirty diapers and constantly telling someone not to do something. I guess I will save the dream for those nightime hours.........
